FYI, they are just going to tell you what you want to hear and then do whatever
they want.
Timeline will be 3 times longer than they tell you. They'll claim to only have a couple projects but they'll be juggling 20 of them. Change order process will be an email. The head guy will never be at the site but will claim that he checked on everything while you were out.
