morning. He called me unprofessional. I thought I had explained what we wanted. They did something different. He says it's done now regardless of who's error it was and an extra day will cost me.
Put everything down in detail of what you want. If things come up and you want them different than originally spec'd then ask if the change costs more to do. Get it in writing. Don't just assume it's no extra charge. They will always tack on extra items at the end and then at that point you have no decision on the cost.
I think these guys do it on purpose. They will be intentionally vague and then hit you up at the end.
