up at 3:30am anyway (which I actually am due to work schedule, yay, silver lining), it may not help you much. I'm actually gong to catch the Philippines - Australia match-up in a couple hours. The Aussies are apparently the prohibitive favorite in the group, so I'm not expecting the Filipinos to put up much fight, but it's baseball, and crazy stuff can happen. South Africa just picked up their second ever WBC win on the back of 8 shutout innings (on an 85 pitch restriction, no less) from a kid now in the minors. May be the first African player to make it to the bigs. Kinda cool.
