But WVa is further away from like 8/10 of the Big 12 schools than Provo. Adding UConn would be much more of a geography nightmare than Provo (IMO) for everybody BUT WVa.

There has been a lot of chatter on here about BYU as a football only , and how it would solve a lot of logistical issues. Nobody ever talks about Football and Basketball only. That could work very well to the mutual benefit of both and would be less logistically cumbersome. But it seems to never be talked about.
