Personally, I think they should grant what rights are asked for and just negotiate for rebroadcasting with other broadcast rights for olympic sports. BYUtv should be considered a benefit to the conference even if just for experience and intellectual benefits for launching a B12 network along with facilities. BYUtv is far and away more top notch than many realize.
