Flipping homes is pretty labor intensive and requires some very tight management. Do you manage it all yourself or have you hired someone to help with that?

I'm actually pretty interested in real-estate investing, so I hope you dont mind me prodding a bit. At this stage in my life, I'm spending some time to study up and arm myself with some knowledge & experience before I jump in, but that's the direction I'm headed.
