I think it's a fair assessment

Kalani could be great. His time in Corvalis was not very good. His time in Utah was excellent. He has never been a head coach. He is a BYU guy and could have opportunities to really improve recruiting. He doesn't have a track record as a head coach. Tough to give above average grade because there is so much unknown.
