head coach only, ok that is fine. But he brought in an all Mormon staff. I know others have said this before but I just can't image an almost entirely mormon staff dominating the recruiting trail. Bronco is already known as a lackluster recruiter, but unless he intends to target LDS kids nearly exclusively and recruit mostly west coast kids I don't see recruiting going well for Virginia at all.
