its actually roomy for a 2 man. I had myself and my 10 & 8 year old in there with me on a trip over the summer. We put their gear by their feet and mine in the vestibule. I picked mine up on sale for $180 (it was on sale and I had my coop rebate to apply to it) but it usually retails for about $300. Even then I'd say it is worth it.
