I wish those fixes worked. The problem is that they're grabbing image parameters
that are common to jpgs and the like, but do not transfer over into the video realm. Further, most if not all of those values are applied to the original file, and can therefore be changed in the software, which is why the date modified changes when you move the file around or something like that.

The one I'm looking for is an actual part of the data within the file. Microsoft can go in and read it, and knows enough to realize that it's the "Media created" date, but doesn't report the entire date-and-time information.
