Yep, that's the one I found, but it pulls the date-time value Microsoft already
has, so seconds aren't included in the timestamp. I modified the heck out of that script to try to get it to spit out the second as well. Wouldn't do it.

The good news is, I found something that does. A program called Exiftool pulls all the data, including the full timestamp, and it plays nice with Advanced Renamer, so it'll be easy from here on out.

(I'm actually a bit disappointed. I begrudgingly enjoyed having to learn a bit of Powershell, and stretching a few mental muscles long-since atrophied. Ah well.)
