Windows 10: Each user will also need to have a Microsoft account; you cannot enable parental controls on a local account.
talk about shortsightedness from a technology company. Even in the enterprise, admins set the controls for when a user logs into the OS and when the person can't get access. Some MS products are nice, but others lack common sense features. I don't want my children to have an MS account (they don't use email anyway), but I want to limit times they have on the PC.
Why is this such a difficult concept to understand? Younger generations won't be using an email account outside of work...they will use apps instead for their communication.
