I'm going to show why I got a C in stats 101 with this post
But I believe Jekyll and Hyde is easily explained.

We depends on shooters.

The offensive bell curve distribution is much wider when you take lower percentage shots.

What we've seen the last 2 games is an outlier on each extreme of a wide spectrum.

IOW, live by the 3, die by the 3.

It's the BYU way, and I live with it because it can make for some fun basketball.
