Is it the property tax that makes owning a home as expensive as Utah? Because it seems like you get a lot more for a lot less in Dallas. I'm also convinced that she'll eventually like living elsewhere, but she hasn't really lived anywhere outside of Utah ever, so she doesn't have a lot to compare Utah to.
