I've taken it twice in the last year and half. Once to get the job, and then again recently in regards to the company wanting to know which direction to move me in with my career.

I've found that for the life of me I can’t answer those questions with honest answers. I always put down how I think I should be answering it instead. I also felt there were too many times that I have to sort answers from most like me to least like me and all 4 answers were all 4 things that were very much like me and then all 4 things were not like me at all. Which I understand but that happening when the answer only comes up once and I answered it as something 'least like me' even though it is like me, the test feels off.
