Follow up lane/traffic accident responsibly (different question).
So let's say you are driving East or West on a main road in Utah. Each direction of travel has two lanes with one turn lane in the middle. Assuming traffic is stopped in the direction you are traveling, who is at fault if you, while driving in the middle lane hit someone pulling into the middle lane from a legitimate side street? For further clarification, they are pulling into the middle lane from a side street. They could be going across traffic, turning into your direction or with your direction of travel but none the less into the lane in which you are traveling.

I'm just wondering how tickets are written in Utah because I'm getting tired of waiting in the normal lanes for an extra 5 minutes as the light changes 3 or more times so I can turn left while you yahoo's drive in the turn lane. If someone else is at fault for an accident I'm gonna join you in being "that" guy that drives down the turn lane for a 1/4 mile or more.

Just kidding. I hate you people.
