I saw it last night.
Definitely one of the rougher rated r movies I have seen. Very violent, a lot of swearing and innuendo, and nudity.
I give it 8/10. Hilarious and entertaining, docked two points for being a too crude. I think it distracted from the movie.
It would be hard to portray Deadpool in a PG-13 movie though. Pretty dark character.
