your 3 year old will be bored at Epcot and Animal Kingdom is essentially an overpriced zoo with rides a 3 year old can't
Ride (unless they're over 40 inches).
Hollywood studios has the Indiana jones stunt show, rockin roller coaster (three year old can't ride) and the great movie ride. Otherwise it's a bunch of attractions from DLR (muppets 3D, tower of terror, star tours, toy story midway mania).
