Adoption Recommendation
My wife and I are considering adopting a baby. We currently have 3 kids but feel like we are short 1, and she is unable to have any more kids for medical reasons.

Does anyone here on CB have a good recommendation of where to get started? We are looking for a quick process and we're not super worried about the cost. We are more worried about being able to set parameters on what we are looking for and to have a quick turnaround. Also we would prefer a closed adoption.

Any advice on where to start or recommendations for an agency to use in the Utah County/Salt Lake area would be appreciated.

I know that adopting can really disrupt a family. If we go forward with it, we want it to be smooth and a good experience for us and our kids. We also want the child we bring into our home and the birth mother to have a good experience.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.
