Noticed your Buc-ee's avatar. Let me tell you about them...
I stopped at the Buc-ee's in Madison this past summer and my wife bought a kids teepee for our son.

When we got back home to Richmond a couple of days later, I began assembling it. After handling the fiberglass poles during the assembly process, my hands became irritated. I noticed that I had small fragments of fiberglass embedded in my palms and anywhere else my skin came in contact with the poles.

When assembled, the poles were exposed on the inside of the tent, making it unsuitable and unsafe for allowing children to use. It took several days for the fiberglass fragments to work their way out of my hands.

I repackaged the tent, and took it to five different Buc-ee's, including the one in Madison, to return it for a refund. All refused to give a refund.

I contacted Buc-ee's corporate offices twice to let them know of the problem and the safety issue. I received no response of any sort.

Customer service and child safety apparently have no place at Buc-ee's.
