Comment On Women's Bball
Don't see it much and watch a bit on Saturday, and was actually quite disappointed with the product. Lived in Virginia Beach when Old Dominion had it's run in the 80's and that was basketball I could watch. Read that these ladies had won 12 or 13 in a row and I thought I would take a look - not worth the time.

Lexi R. is the star per articles. Could have had a real bad day but she plays completely out of control. She's apparently had great days, but this wasn't one of them.

Not a single person on the team knows what the term "block out" means? Of course, at times the men's team suffers from the same problem.

General play around the basket makes a boys high school game look like the NBA.

Outside shooting seemed fair, but BYU's passing leaves a ton to be desired.

Not even impressed with coaching as near the end, the team couldn't get the ball up the court and the coach appeared clueless as to how to accomplish this or his players just wouldn't listen. Either way, it's a coaching problem. Every player, instead of quickly passing the ball, would dribble into a double team, get stuck and throw the ball away. Uuuugly.

I saw Brianna Steward's Connecticut team play earlier this year and that was real basketball. I have seen bits and pieces of other quality teams around the country. Even though based on their record, BYU MAY be near the top 25, in reality, not a single team in this league is top 50 and likely much worse. Put them up against a top 25 team and my guess would be a 20 minimum loss. Put them up against a team like that which decides to press, and we are talking a 40 point loss.
