My brother's ward does mulch. They pay like $4 dollars a bag at Home Depot charge like $10 a bag to spread it? They get the Red, black, and brown mulch/wood chips. They go around all the "rich neighborhoods" and do well..... it's a massive project. Each kid does like 20 hours of work, (I think). It pays their way to high adventure and girls camp.
