I think you've got to be who you are. Pete Carroll is a warm friendly

relationship guy who uses that to get the most out of his players. Bill Belichek is a smart genius but who nobody would call warm and he dominates at being who he is.

Sorry I went football with the comparison but it still applies. My advice to anybody is be the best you, and same goes with coaches.
