Panels went up today! Took about 2.5 hours with a crew of 4. Two people on the ground/ladder passing up panels and two on the roof attaching them to the mounts. Besides one little goof that made me remove three panels and switch the wiring a bit it went smoothly.
One thing I found out is small imperfections on the roof are completely unnoticeable on the ground. A couple places didn't line up exactly, off by 1/4 to 1/2 inch and you can't tell at all from ground level.
Next step is penetrating the roof and run conduit to the basement. This is the part I have zero experience with. Bought the conduit and a conduit bender and we'll see how it goes!
