Cougar Nation- I don't know if anyone remembers Michael Doman but he was at BYU just a couple of years ago as a walk-on on the football team. Since then he has transferred to Portland state and has been very successful there as a defensive end. He is my cousin and the brother of Sam and Rex Doman who also spent time on the BYU football team.

Portland state had offered Michael a scholarship and also his father in law had cancer and they wanted to be nearer to the family so it was the best thing for them to head to Portland. He had a great desire to play at BYU and loved the people there but it just wasn't going to work out.

Getting to the point, Michael and his wife Julianne have lost their second son in a tragic accident as he was run over in a driveway by a family friend. The boys name was Carder Doman and he would have been turning 2 in about a month. They were at a friends home just about to help them move when this unfortunate accident occurred. Their oldest son who is 3 was also there to see the aftermath of the accident which is very sad.

We are very heartbroken for Michael and his family. About 2 weeks ago they had their third child, another boy. So within 2 weeks they have had a new baby and lost another. We have set up a go fund me and I just thought I would post it on here because I am always reading cougarboard. I have the link posted below. Anything donated is much appreciated and more importantly prayers for Michael and his family.
