The answer, of course, is no.
Prior to Urban Meyer's arrival in 2004 Utah was not a consistent winning football program. They had a few decent seasons prior to that but nothing notable. I know that you're basking in the glow of the PAC-12 these days, but let's be sure we don't try to revise history.
