I would prefer: CSU, UConn, or Houston over Memphis
No academics...
I like: BYU, Cincinnati, Houston, UConn. CSU is essentially tied with Houston, except I think Houston as more upside, overall. CSU gives you expanded footprint, but less upside IMO.
