I wish that was an option for optometrists & ophthalmologists. Unfortunately
it's the law for contact lenses. It's called the "Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act" and it passed in 2004 thanks in very large part to the strong support of Utah's own 1800 CONTACTS lobbying efforts.
