Yep because getting contacts at -25 to much
is a serious safety concern that is causing the unraveling of the moral fabric of our society.
Sorry, who really cares about whether someone can get access to perscription contacts easily? It isnt even close to the same level of concern as things like oxycotin and ather narcotics and to suggest the same level of caution should exist for both is a bit silly.
