Every Friday night in August leading up to the season, they open up the parking lot outside LES for BBQ/tailgating OR have a bunch of food trucks, and then show a BYU football game on the big screens inside LES. Families can come and pay $1/person for admittance and get to sit on the field and take in the wonderful sites, sounds, and smells of LES for a fun Friday night.

I personally would love it, and I think it would get people pumped for the upcoming season.
