I think BYU, Cincinnati, and Houston are probably 1, 2, and 3 in the pecking order. CSU, UConn, and UCF would be the next 3 to be debated. All 3 have pretty glaring flaws but come with some different unique strengths as well. I agree that it does make sense for the Big 12 to strongly vet all 3 of those schools (in addition to BYU, Cincinnati, and Houston) and probably some others as well that are even less likely to get the invite.
