Don't have the model number handy, but they are over-the-ear and keep out a lot of sound, while doing a very good job at cancelling the rest. Very happy with them. They were expensive, but worth it when I was flying a lot. I'm a nervous flier and they helped me with movies, listening to music, and generally forgetting I was flying at times. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.
