I think its basically a pick 'em between UH & Cincy. Personally, I think UH would have a higher ceiling, if they get real serious about their FB program. Cincy might improve but has largely shown what they are over the past decade or so. They'll be pretty good at a lot of things, not great at any.

From a purely selfish standpoint, I hope its BYU and UH. I want to drive 4 hours to see my team play in Houston every so often and I think BYU would not be too threatened by UH's growth/improvements. In fact, it would be a nice little rivalry going forward if we were both newcomers in 2017.
