2 of them have to be a P5 team from a P5 conference. They are already getting a P5 quality team in BYU... BYU is set and ready without having to promise anything AFTER we join. We have everything already set and ready. Of the teams that are the most ready to join now, it most likely would be Cincinnati, cause they have already gone through their facility upgrades and additions... they are ready.

Houston is looking to build a new football practice facility and upgrades to the basketball arena. I believe they are late to the game on this one. TCU and West Virginia both joined already these completed and done.

I honestly believe it's going to be BYU and Cincinnati... no P5 teams from the east coast are going to leave the ACC or the SEC to join the BIGXII... you aren't going to get anyone from the BIG10... but the PAC12 is starting to show cracks, and thus it makes sense to wait and hope for 2 teams willing to jump from that league.
