We've gathered data to see where our patients purchase they glasses and contacts. We have relatively few who decide to purchase glasses online. Of those, >50% were dissatisfied in one way or another with their online purchase, usually with the quality of the frame/lenses or the optics of the lenses. This is especially true with those who purchased progressive lenses. As I stated before, many of them come back and end up getting their glasses made with us anyway.
