Might be a good time to get a Costco membership
I just looked at my invoice from June. My high-index, progressive lenses with AR coating were $159.99. They have a good selection of frames in a range of pricing. My current pair of frames were $49.99. Customer service there has been awesome.

Bad advice. Besides being cheap and crappy, you should never buy progressive lenses online. They just won't work.
