My opinion is if you look over the last 30 years, it has been THE game for their fan base.
I think those numbers are reflective of their fan base's interest in BYU over anyone else in the PAC12.
Was it Stewart Mandel before the Vegas Bowl (speaking of Ute fans) I have NEVER had so many people contact me - to make sure that I know, they no longer care about BYU.
