Both of the pick 6s were not good passes (although the first play of the rivalry is understandable to be a little shaky). The back shoulder against Utah was very bad.
I would say 2 picks were bad throws (both against the Yew) and 2 picks were throws that should never have been made (pick 6 and last INT at the goal line against WVU).
The rest I'll call "tipped balls" that probably were not his fault, although the pass against UCLA that was "tipped" was not on frame for the receiver and not a good throw either.
