there's absolutely no medicine you can give the poor kid that will do him any good because sheer and utter IDIOTS overdosed THEIR kids, and SCREWED IT UP FOR THE REST OF OURS!!!

And I don't want to be insensitive, because it's not a kid's fault his parents don't have the brain power not to pour a whole bottle of codeine down his throat, but I don't have much hope for a kid with parents who'd do that, either! Yet, THAT'S the level of stupidity keeping MY kid from receiving the benefits of, oh, MODERN MEDICINE.
