Kalani was hired to build a culture.
Like it or not, part of the culture Kalani is building requires showing loyalty to the players, especially the quarterback. Future quarterbacks will know that the coaching staff will stand by them and this will help them reach their potential and play their best. You can shout "family" all you want but treating players like they really are family will create the bonds that make the program great. Dumping Taysom would be a terrible setback to creating the culture we will all rave about in the years to come.
