A little confused about Kalani's post game comments
When explaining why he kicked the FG at the end on 2nd down at the end he said:
"We were worried we didn't have enough time to get another play off and get closer... BSU helped us out by calling a Timeout and its a good thing we had it blocked which gave us opportunities to run a couple plays... but looking at it afterwards, I think it was the right move..."
So he is saying that he thought he didn't have enough time to run a couple more plays but he was glad it got blocked because it allowed him to run a couple plays....
Im starting to think that maybe Ed Lamb should take back more game/time management duties on the coaching staff...

Yeah, we were. It was a 44 yarder. And he had easily just hit a 37 yarder earlier with plenty of leg to spare.

Kalani has been pretty darn good with time management this season. Nobody is perfect, particular first-year head coaches
