Rent a golf cart and drive around on Catalina.
The zip line place in Ensenada was pretty cool, but not cheap.
Las Canadas, I think.

Just got off the boat Friday morning. Don't book excursions through Carnival.

Ensenada is beautiful. Should visit La Bufadora, great seafood restaurants, and the museums. I live in the area:)

You can walk to the museums and non-cruise ship tourist restaurants. Use a cab to go to La Bufadora.
