It's not true. The Provo one is not what it used to be.
The only reason to go there is for nostalgia, and I don't think it's worth that.
Don't get me wrong, it's not awful. It's not great, though, and the wait and price definitely say "go elsewhere". I can go about 8 blocks away to La Dolce Vita and get really good Italian for a better price.
