It's not the food. I think it's pretty good (sometimes authentic is overrated). It's the guy who scoops up the food. He's always in a hurry like he's trying to break the world burrito making record. So, inevitably, he screws something up. Spills food you don't want into the food you do want, and don't even think about asking him to customize your order, cuz he's way to busy being fast for that.
But the insanity of it all is that along that line, the food making is never the bottleneck. Once that lunatic has finished slinging your food together at a frantic pace, you wait. And wait. And wait. For the cashier to ring up the customers in front of you. That's where the bottleneck lies. All the while the crazy guy is shouting at the person 6 customers back and slings together their food without listening to them.
That's my rant.
