Few P5 stadium remodels involve capacity expansion.
Many reduce capacity and add club seating and luxury suites. By reducing the capacity, they are able to adjust pricing (upward)to meet the demand.
This isn't "The Field of Dreams"; increasing LES to 80,000 will not attract more people. Winning does that. Build up the demand and then consider expansion/renovation.
