You can't dismiss religious intolerance. It exists. No PAC-12.
We could possibly be accepted in the Big 12, although it may take them awhile to get used to us being talked about to help them warm up to the idea. The best way for us to get in is just to win. Right now I'd take Big12, Big10 or PAC12. I just don't see the PAC12 ever letting BYU get in. These groups can't just state they have religious intolerance out loud, so it comes out as "Sunday play", two year mission advantage, etc. Think about one of those arguments. The maturity factor from a two year mission - they use their youngest players first - We're playing all 18 year old kids. Then they take one of our players as an example, who came back from a two year mission, used a red shirt year next because of the need to get back into football shape, plays a bit and gets hurt, uses a medical redshirt year, then plays as a Senior and is 26 years old. It's such a ridiculous argument. They don't play an entire team of 18 year old kids and we don't play an entire team of 26 year old kids. The two differences are outliers. They have an average age and we have an average age of our teams. Compare that and realize the mission kids are out of shape when they come back. There might be a bit less than a three year difference in their ages. At first, they laughed when LaVell used returned missionaires.
