The focus on the demographic is the only difference. There's always leagues
Trying to get going that want to be some sort of minor league for the NFL.
You may think that the age thing means it could work. I think it hurts them .Ore than helps. Maybe if you let more veteran players AND young kids but I'd still bet a huge amount against that league.
No one goes to watch these minor leagues where there's real developed talent. Why would people go watch a bunch of undeveloped kids play? They won't. Not to the level it would take to keep the league alive.
