Rose has had a higher peak than Bronco, and in terms of percentages,
wins more games than any other coach in BYU basketball history. He's also won his fair share of big games. And yes, he's won big games lately too. Back to back road wins in Spokane, remember?

I'm frustrated this season. But throwing in the towel with a cupboard full of talented players that need to figure out how to play together is the wrong timing.

The coach that brought us the equivalent of a basketball Heisman (Consensus POY in 2011) and an NY6 (Sweet 16 is easily better mathematically than being one of the 12 teams that make an NY6--no matter how you slice it), deserves another extension of loyalty from BYU fans. Not blindly. But let's extend him the trust to figure out what he needs to fix, and how best to get these guys to reach their potential. He got BYU 8 seeds (or better) with guys like Keena, Trent, Lee, Michael Loyd, and Jimmer. I believe he's got another good run in him.

I get it. Coach Rose is the guy responsible for ending a 17 season streak of NCAA tournament futility, and then won games in back-to-back seasons. And now, given the talent he has brought in, we want more. Ok. I'm with you there, 100%. Let's see what Rose can do.
