Looking for a recent grad or candidate with 1-3 years experience. A degree or some background in finance/economics is needed, with preference for commercial lending. Focus on capital markets, secondary RMBS (FHA, Agency, PLS) and CMBS markets would be ideal, but if you're not a dummy and it shows, that helps.
