Thank you for welcoming Gonzaga to the Marriott Center for last Thursday’s game. This event is one that our local alumni look forward to and enjoy.

We also want to sincerely apologize for the disruption that occurred at the beginning of the game during your team’s opening prayer. The chant from our fans was not meant to be an intentional disruption, as we were not immediately aware that the team was in prayer. Nonetheless, we assure you that it will not happen again. We value our relationship with BYU and their fans, and respect them as a fellow institution of faith, just as Gonzaga.
